Frequently Asked Questions

Are any tools required for installation or removal?

No! Ezee Base is simply placed on the ground and pressed into the diamond, and just picked up to remove.

Is there a warranty on the bases?

Yes! The cover comes with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, and the platform and spikes with a 2 year warranty.

Is the cover replaceable?

Yes, additional replacement covers can be ordered on our website. 

Is Ezee Base customizable?

Yes, please contact us for pricing.  A vector file of the logo(s) will be required.  You can choose the side or the top of the base for location of the logo.

Are 18” square bases available?

Currently we only manufacture 15” bases.  However, if interested in that size please contact us and we can accommodate.

Can Ezee Base be used with steel cleats? 

Unfortunately not. Currently we only recommend that rubber cleats, or soft soled shoes be used, but this is something we're looking into for the future. Shoot us a message if you'd be interested in this kind of product!

Can Ezee Base be damaged from water? 

No, Ezee Base is made from quality waterproof materials that will not absorb water or rust.

Are the spikes interchangeable or replaceable?

Yes! Also, we offer different spike lengths aside from the standard shipping length if you're diamond is extra soft and requires a deeper anchor.

*Turf spikes are available for indoor leagues (*coming soon)
